I’m a licensed therapist in San Francisco serving clients virtually throughout CA, FL, and PA. I help couples and individuals, just like you, experience relief from the emotional pain that’s making them feel stuck and help them live their lives with courage and compassion, knowing just how strong they truly are.

Mama, I see you. I’ll hold a space for you to grow, for you to process, with honesty, and without judgment. For moms at the beginning of your journey or moms who’ve been at it for a while, I’ll help you grow your belief that you are exactly who your child needs and you have everything it takes to do this.

Through EMDR, I use your brain’s naturally-wired ability to heal to help you move through the things that are getting in the way of you feeling strong, safe, and capable so that you can process the traumatic memories of your past and see yourself as the resilient and valuable person that you are. In addition for being effective to treat PTSD, EMDR helps with anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck.

Meet Your Therapist
I’m an individual and couples counselor, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I offer EMDR, CBT, and couples therapy services to help my clients repair emotional wounds, grow their inner-strength, and learn how to believe in their resilience. I partner with my clients to create healing through anxiety, depression, self-doubt, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
As a multicultural woman, I’m passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where all people, especially BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) clients, mamas, LGBTQIA+ clients, and immigrants and children of immigrants can uncover, develop, and nurture the best version of themselves.
I also help couples, both straight and LGBTQIA+, and culturally, spiritually, ideologically, and ethnically diverse, develop tools and awareness to improve their relationship, especially when navigating transitions, such as adjusting to a baby, raising a young child or children, or taking whatever “next step” is on the horizon for them as a couple or individual. Whether they desire to strengthen their connection and grow together as a couple, or mindfully and compassionately separate, I collaborate with them to help them develop a sense of healing, kindness, and empowerment as partners and individuals.
