♥ on a journey to motherhood or parenthood?

You’re in the right place.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, alone, and not sure how you’re going to get through and with extra pressure because there’s a tiny human who’s counting on you. I understand, and I’m here to help.

Through supportive and empowering therapy for moms and parents, I help parents in San Francisco and across California navigate the stressors of being a parent, heal their trauma, and create a sense of confidence in themselves that they are capable, resilient, and exactly who their child needs.

If you’re ready to start feeling better, schedule a complimentary consultation with me today.

As we strive to pass along goodness to our little one or ones, it’s easy to become hyper-aware of the ways it feels like we’re failing.

Which then leads us down the spiral of mommy guilt.

Which causes us to feel bad for doing things to take care of ourselves.

Which then makes it harder for us to feel good.

And it’s so hard to pass along goodness when we don’t feel good ourselves.

Are you ready to release the feelings that are getting in the way of feeling good?

I can help.

My approach to therapy for moms and parents in San Francisco

Being a parent is hard. As a mom myself, I know the feeling of being pulled in multiple directions by all the things competing for our attention!

Pregnancy Support

Even before we hold our little one in our arms, motherhood seems to take us on a wild ride. People’s experiences with pregnancy are so different, and if that’s the phase you’re in, I honor you and your unique experience. As you prepare a physical space for your baby that is safe and inviting, I want to help you prepare an emotional space for yourself that is gentle, confident, and balanced.

Support in motherhood

I know that you have a lot going on. I honor you, both where you are right now as well as the peaceful and empowered mental space that I believe you can cultivate for yourself. I provide a safe and judgment-free space for you to share your story.

You’re a mom, so I know you’re busy. Through Therapy for Moms in San Francisco, I’ll help you create a space for yourself as you care for the little one or ones who seem like they came with a built-in GPS tracking device to find you even when you’re hiding. I’ll help you process your feelings about yourself as a person, parent, partner, daughter, friend, and professional knowing that sometimes it may feel like you don’t have energy to actively invest in your relationships with others or with yourself.

I’ll help you navigate your career and professional growth (and the ways you may feel like you’re putting your professional growth on pause). I’ll support you as you grow as a mom and grow professionally and help you create a sense of balance, strength, and compassion for yourself.

I know the world that we live in can feel like a scary place to raise a child. I’ll support you as you strive to raise a conscious, inclusive, and compassionate kid who will be proud in their own skin.

I know that you probably don’t have time to waste on therapy that isn’t going to help you feel better. I use evidence-based methods, therapy that is proven by research to help. I will help you develop practical tools to deal with anxiety, sadness, worry, depression, stress, and that nagging feeling that you’re failing or just not good enough so that you can feel as strong as I know your true self is.

This is your space to heal, to grow, to laugh, to cry, and to breathe.
